We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, organise work and maintain business records.

Our website is intended to be hosted by Google Firebase Hosting. Online enquiries are designed to be stored in our private Supabase database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks forms for automated abuse. These service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and forms. Contact details and correspondence may also be retained in our business email or private workspace. We do not sell your contact details.

We recommend that you do not send entry codes, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the public enquiry form. Please organise access details by phone after a booking is confirmed.

We retain relevant information for the period reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, manage records and meet applicable legal or tax requirements. You may ask to access or correct the information we hold about you. Requests to remove information will be considered subject to any applicable retention requirements.
